3.我的看法……

答案
As we all know, most parks in China are opened to the public for free at present. The free admission to parks is implemented nationwide with the main purpose to provide the public, rich or poor, with equal opportunities to enjoy the scenery and utilize the facilities in the parks. Besides the benefits and conveniences, there have emerged some problems as well. Since people are allowed to enter the parks for free, parks more often than not become overcrowded, especially at weekends. Therefore, the beauty and peace of the parks are ruined. What’s worse, now that all kinds of people are entitled to go into the parks for free, we can not rule out the possibility of destruct, which many parks actually have already complained about. In my opinion, citizens should not be charged to enter the parks, because as tax-payers, we deserve the right to visit parks for free. However, while we are enjoying our rights, we should also fulfill our obligations such as taking good care of the parks.
