答案 What a thought-provoking picture it is! This picture presents three people in a family who are travelling a-round. They are stopped by many tickets and asked to pay for environmental protection. The picture aims to spark off a debate over the high price of tourism tickets. Basically, two opinions should be taken into consideration. For one thing, some argue that selling tourism tickets at a high price is helpful in protecting the environment. They believe that preserving scenic spots costs much and the money can be gained from ticket sales. For another, others maintain that expensive tourism tickets will deprive people of the right to equally travel. They believe that low-income people can not afford the tickets and then can not enjoy the tourism resources. Both opinions are not entirely plausible. The supporters of the two opinions fail to balance environmental protection and tourists’ affordability. Therefore, it is wise and acceptable to collect funds for environmental protection without putting tourists under economic pressure. To achieve it, the department concerned should strengthen the management of the price-setting procedure and the tourism industry should be encouraged to expand income channels.
