问题     According to the dictionary definition of "create", ordinary people are creative every day. To create something means "to bring it into being, to cause it to exist"—something each of us does daily.
We are creative whenever we look at or think about something in a new way. First this involves an awareness of our surroundings. It means using all of our senses to become aware of our world. This may be as simple as being aware of color, texture and taste, when we prepare a meal. Above all, it is an ability to notice things that others might miss.
The second part of creativity is an ability to see relationships among things. If we believe the expression "There is nothing new under the sun", creativity is remaking or recombining the old in new ways. For example, we might do this by finding a more effective way to study or a better way to arrange our furniture, or we might make a new combination of camera lenses and filters to create an unusual photograph.
The third pail of creativity is the courage and drive to make use of our new ideas, and to apply them to achieve some new results. To think up a new idea is one thing; to put the idea into practice is another.
These three parts of creativity are involved in all the great works of genius, but they are also involved in many of our day-to-day activities.
The underlined part "There is nothing new under the sun" (Para. 3) implies that________.

选项 A、we can seldom create new things
B、a new thing is only a tale
C、a new thing can also be created on the basis of original things
D、we can scarcely see really new things in the world

答案C

解析 根据第三段第二句“…creativity is remaking or recombining the old in new ways. ”可知,太阳底下没有新鲜的事情,创造力是以新的方式重新制作或重薪组合旧的事物。由此可推知,画线部分暗示在原有事物的基础上也能创造出新事物。故选C。
