M1: Good morning. Expo Packaging.
W: Good morning. This is Nancy Wright from Anderson Electronics. Can I speak to Eric Hall, please?
M1: Hold the line, please. I’ll connect you.
M2: Eric Hall, can I help you?
W: Good morning, Eric, this is Nancy Wright from Anderson Electronics.
M2: Hi, Nancy, how are you doing?
W: Pretty good, I’m ringing to ask you when our order will be delivered.
M2: What’s the order number, please?
W: Just a second -- B178/5.
M2: Wait a minute. I’ll get the file. Here we are. Is that 65 packing boxes?
W: That’s right. And If I am correct, they were supposed to be here around the middle of January.
M2: But here on the file, it says they will be delivered at the beginning of next month.
W: There must be some mistakes. Anyway, we have a delivery going out next week and the boxes are needed before then.
M2: Well, the earliest time they can be sent out is next Monday, that’s 23rd January.
W: That would be OK. And what time can we expect your van?
M2:  How about 1:30 after lunch?
W: Good.
M2: My apologies for the mistake. Goodbye.
W: Goodbye.
