W: Hi, Jim. I heard you were going to Wednesday’s meeting to review the Franklin Estates floor plans. I had thought you were doing another project.
M: Actually, I had to stop working on my project. I was called in to replace Sam as the project manager of Franklin Estates. He had to take an emergency leave of absence.
W: I see. Well, I know their deadline is approaching. Let me give you the floor plans, schematics, and blueprints that I have for that project.
M: That would be terrific. That’ll give me time to look them over before the meeting.
