Man: As far as I see it, there are two small trouble spots in this agreement. One is the wording of our company’s involvement in paragraph four on page twelve. I would take out this phrase here and replace it with "prior to the date of delivery".

Woman: Let’s go over the details of the contract. Construction will begin on the 16th of January and we should be finished by December. The budget is set at 13.7 million dollars which does not include staff training and recruitment costs. We have $150, 000 budget set aside for that.
