答案 I choose topic A — what is important when setting up your own business. With regard to this topic, I have the following opinions. In the first place, I think market research is very important. By carrying out market research, a company can get such information as whether there exists a niche market for a new product, and what are customers’ needs and tastes for the new product, therefore, the new product will sell well when it is launched into market. Next, financial support is another important element. There should be enough funds for the business operation. Otherwise, the operation will be trapped in trouble. Finally, location is a practical element for business. To select the right location is always important in doing business. For your own business, company-intensive downtown area is not a bad choice. But there’s also a trend to move towards the suburbs. I choose topic B — what is important when choosing a new career chance. As regard for this topic, I have three elements as following; First, location is the basic element to be taken into account. So people who choosing the new career chance, because of their family. Therefore, the job nearby their hometown can be the better choice, so as to take care their old parents, or little child. Also, some will choose a new career chance, because of the good transportation, or something else about location. So we can say that location is an important limit to the choice of a new career chance. Second, salary is another astrictive condition for some work hunters. Most workers want to pursue better salary with their excellent ability. So when they own rich experience, they want to earn more money by doing the same job. So they intend to choose the job with higher salary. Third, development plan is another indispensable element. Work career is so significant for most workers. So they want to have a good plan for their own professional woke career. If your company can provide a good development plan for your work, it will become a guarantee for their future work.
