W: Hi, Michael, I was wondering if you could give me the details on how to get to the awards ceremony on Friday? I’ve never been to the Hungram Civic Center before.
M: Sure. Just take the 3rd left turn on Main Avenue. Drive straight past the church, and you’ll see it on the right. It’s next to the baseball stadium.
W: Okay. I think it’s really important that all of our staff members attend. It will be a great opportunity to boost morale.
M: I agree. At the moment, the sales staff hasn’t been informed about it. Perhaps we should let everyone know.
W: Definitely. Could you schedule a meeting for 3 p. m. this afternoon? I’ll come along to tell them their attendance is mandatory.
M: That sounds like a good idea. I’ll do that right away.
