First and foremost, people become invariably increasing cautious about other’s guarantee, even a piece of word. As a result of the fact that people don’t want to help strangers. At last, if this matter is not properly settled, it will pose a threat to the long-term social stability and solidarity. It is high time that we called on the efforts from all sides to deal with this problem properly. First, the government should intensify the construction of social trust, and create a good environment of trust, and also induct the public into establishing of trust concept. Third, parents and teachers should first set an example to the children; seize every chance to stimulate affection in the hearts of them.
