答案
Is Frustration a Bad Thing? Since frustration is displeasing, some people tend to think that frustration is harmful and undesirable. They believe that constant frustration may cause serious mental health problems. People suffering from such Psychological problems often resort to violence or suicide, which poses a big threat to the people around, thus causing instability to the whole society. However, the majority hold a contrasting view. They maintain that it often goes side by side with opportunity and success since it can inspire people to overcome hardships and difficulties to achieve the final success. People with this view even go so far as to say that without frustration, there will be no sweet success. They often cite Thomas Edison as a case in point, In my opinion, frustration itself can not be termed as good or bad, It is people’s approach to it that matters a lot. Frustration is an inevitable part of our life experiences, a real test of our courage and determination. Numerous facts have shown that if we correctly view frustration and take it as a source of inspiration and motivation, we may ultimately enjoy the hard earned success. Therefore, it is safe to say that it is improper to view frustration as good or bad and that it is our attitude toward it that makes much difference.
