答案
The emotional breakdown may come from one of the situations where we’ve been expecting a result for months, but only to find out the waiting is totally in vain. Or it may be generated from being embarrassed publicly. These emotional moments can impact our lives greatly and be detrimental to our work and physical health. One of the obvious consequences of the bad emotion management is the decrease of work efficiency. It’s hard for us to remain calm and think reasonably without stable emotions. Additionally, there’s medical evidence showing that poor psychological health would harm our immune system. In other words, the extension of bad emotions is detrimental to our body. Therefore, do consider if it’s worthwhile to undermine your career and body because of an impulsive behavior. Be tolerant of the surroundings and try to accept the reality even if it’s not what you have expected. Also, joining in more outdoor activities is a good way to get away from bad moods. In all, it’s important to manage our emotions properly and duly. Learn to get rid of unhealthy feelings and you’ll become stronger.
