答案 Nowadays there is often a lack of understanding between parent and child. Children cold-shoulder the fossil and conservative thoughts of their parents while the parents can hardly endure the sloppy and bohemian behavior of their children. Both parent and child have obstacles in communicating with each other, exchanging thoughts and discussing in times of trouble. Two reasons, as far as I am concerned, are responsible for the situation. For one thing, parent and child are born in two ages that differ in environment, the level of economic development and fashion trend, thus giving rise to different likes and dislikes between parent and child. For another, what really counts, in my opinion, is that distinct outlooks on life and values make parent and child fail to understand each other from the deepest inner heart, resulting in misunderstanding. As a matter of fact, misunderstanding on the spiritual level is indeed hard to resolve. In short, the solution to the problem needs unremitting joint efforts of both parent and child. On one hand, parents should keep up to date and learn the most cutting-edge news not only for improving themselves but also for better understanding of their children. On the other hand, children should put themselves in parents’ shoes so as to understand all difficulties of their parents. Then, I am sure children will realize that all advice and experience that their parents give is conducive in the near future.
