答案 Nothing is better than being in a team where everyone achieves more together than would have been possible as individuals and the example I’m going to use today can show you that.　　 　　So our team came together just a couple of months ago. We were a group of about ten individuals with different ethnic backgrounds, ages, levels of fitness and experience. We formed the group almost entirely by chance. Near to where I live, there was a 10km obstacle race. To take part, you needed a team, because some of the obstacles were impossible to get through without help. A friend of mine found a group of people who were happy to join us, so we all signed up and met each other for the first time on the morning of the race. 　　At first, we were all a bit worried about what would happen. We decided to put on face paint so that we had a united identity, and then when the cry went off for the start, we all sped together. It turned out that doing a physical obstacle course together not only requires trust, but creates trust too. We got covered in mud. We nearly lost our shoes on the uneven terrain, and we all had many bruises. However, we laughed almost the whole time. We supported and encouraged one another, and although it took us nearly two hours to finish the whole course, we felt the time flew by. Actually, I just signed up for the challenge on a whim, but I was so glad that I did. The people I met were fantastic, and we achieved more than I’d have thought possible. We can’t wait to do it again next year.
