The trend of wealthy nations becoming wealthier and poor nations becoming poorer has been more prominent than 10 years ago. This trend, if allowed to continue unchecked, will bring about more severe consequences to both developing countries and developed countries. The e-conomic development in the third world has become an urgent issue for the whole world. The existing international economic relationship should not be and could not be maintained without any change. To establish a new international economic order is a necessity of the modern times.
