Seeking a Different Way We can see in the picture a maze in the form of letter U. After wandering and seeking in it for a long time, people will find thit the ending point is only a few steps away from the starting point. But one man takes a different road by bridging the maze with a ladder. In this way, he can step out of the maze quickly and look wider and farther. From this picture, we can learn that we must become aware of the fact that in no way should we stick to convention. The world is full of stories of successes and many of them begin with taking the unique road. Take the route of our country’s socialist construct in for example. We followed the former USSR’s road for a long time till we realized it was not the suitable one. Then we took our own path. Though we encountered many difficulties, we managed to get over them. Scott Peck in his book told us he would like to choose a road less traveled. He does not want to follow suit but wants to do more of what has never been done, what is new and different. Why don’t we take our first step to success by seeking a different way right now?
