答案Candidate A: It is time consuming for the staff to travel to meeting from other branches of the company. The video conference can be an alternative. The advantage of the video conference is that the company can know about the content of the meeting that takes place at present. What do you think of the video conference as a replacement of traveling to meeting? Candidate B: It is true that video conference can save some time for traveling and accommodation so that the staff can spend more time on work. The disadvantage should be taken into consideration. The most important thing for the company to prosper is the cooperation among the staff. Having a face-to-face meeting is a chance not only for exchanging ideas and information but also for the staff to communicate with each other and improve their relationship. Video conference can only carry the former purpose but it can’t achieve the latter one.
