答案
Adopting the "punch-in"system is a good way of keeping the staff on time for work, which will allow them enough time for their duties and hence improve productivity. However, nowadays more and more employees prefer to the flextime system. Sometimes they do have important businesses to attend at work time and some are just more productive at night. Actually, there are many other ways of increasing productivity, for example, financial benefits and promotion according to performance. Money and career development opportunities are very important in motivating staff. Besides, we can also take measures to create a pleasant working environment for them.
