答案
In today’s society, people are becoming more mobile. They move frequently, they fly frequently, and they change jobs frequently. They like doing different tasks and meeting new challenges. Some believe that changing new jobs will give them more opportunities, challenges and experience. At present, employers place high value on experience, so job-hoppers may have better opportunities after holding several positions. Some people do not like job-hopping. They enjoy stability and want to develop further in the same area and organization. Interestingly, the employers in Japan hate frequent job-hopping, for they believe that job-hoppers lack loyalty and are untrustworthy. Whatever reasons or attitudes people may have towards job-hopping, it is encouraging to see job-hopping has become quite common. People are pursuing what they love and hoping to put their talents to full use.
