You have three minutes to talk about it. A My picture is a scene in a library. In the library, there are many books on the shelves with many students sitting beside the tables reading. On the wall, we can see a notice board on which there is the word "Keep Quiet". But there are two boys who are chatting loudly, and other students seem annoyed with the two boys. As everybody knows, we should keep quiet in the library. Otherwise, we would disturb other students. This is a rule established by every university. We all should keep quiet in the library even if there is not such a rule. The two noisy students are uncivil and in bad taste. I don’t like such students, and I would not do such a thing. If there is someone making noises in the library, I’d try to stop him. E Candidate B,could you please ask your partner a question? B As adults, should university students be responsible for their own behavior? Why? A Yes. University students are all adults, so they should be responsible for their own behavior. As adults, they are no longer children and so should not be short of judgment and self-discipline. If their activities are unmerited, maybe many people would be affected negatively. Therefore, adults should take both themselves and other people into consideration before they do something. They are responsible for their own behavior and so are our university students. E OK. A fan is blowing beside these two girls. Behind them, there are two beds made of wood. This is very dangerous. If the electric cooker was not working properly it could catch on fire. All the materials made of wood or cloth such as the table, bunk bed and curtains would also catch fire. There are many students living in the dormitory building, and it would be difficult for them to flee from the building once it caught fire. Therefore, although cooking is an enjoyable thing for most girls, they should not cook in the dormitory for the sake of safety.
