答案 Can Road Accidents Be Aroided? From the graph above, we can see that the road accidents are on the increase. In January, there is the lowest number of accidents. But in November and December the number amounts to the highest of the year. During the months of May, June, July and August, the number stays almost the same. Undoubtedly, there are many causes for this fact. First, more and more people own cars today. Second, not many drivers observe the traffic rules. Third, road conditions are still unsatisfying even though we have done a lot these years. So it is urgent for the government to take some measures to tackle this problem. For instance, we should educate all the citizens to observe traffic rules. What’s more, much more must be done to improve road conditions such as establishing traffic lights at all cross roads, widening the roads, etc.
