答案 As is vividly shown in the picture, there is a boy, whose head looks like a balloon floating in the air, which symbolizes his extraordinary talents. But he is actually chained to an enormous lead ball, which represents "laziness". The picture intends to raise the alarm to those gifted children that talent alone is not enough to guarantee a brilliant future for them. Being industrious is another key factor for success. In my opinion, hard work is like the engine of a car, which gives us sustainable power to move forward. Usually, hard-working people are more down-to-earth and are more patient. They would not rush themselves into anything. Instead, they are willing to spend time and energy on what they really care about, and opportunities often favor those who are prepared. For example, my roommates, Jack and Peter, both applied for a position as management trainee in a foreign company. Jack, who had great speech skills, did not prepare a single word for his interview. Peter, who was less confident, spent two weeks researching the information of the company. During the interview, Jack tried to sweet-talk the HR into hiring him, but Peter actually got the job offer because of his insightful understanding of the position. Clearly, hard work, though it takes some time, will reward us amply.
