The problem of pollution in China has been very serious since the fast development of our economy. The profit people make is at the price of environment. When the river is polluted, it will cause water-supply problems in the cities around and living on the river. Songhua River accident was one of the examples. The local government had to cut down the water-supply to millions of people in Harbin in Heilongjiang Province. I think the government should take powerful and effective measures to stop this. B: I agree with what Candidate A said. But to solve dus problem, we can not only depend on our government. Everybody and every company should be responsible for this. The whole society should work together. And also the government has made some regulations about water pollution and the problem has become better lately. 题目2 B: It is a picture about traveling in holiday. In China, there are three long holidays for working people. They are May Day, National holiday and the Spring Festival. Each of the holidays includes about seven days. People take advantage of these hobdays to enjoy themselves. So a lot of them choose to travel during their holidays. People are getting richer these years so that they can afford their travel, even abroad travel. People grasp the chance to broaden dieir horizon, know new friends, enjoy the nature and also keep fit. But one thing that is really frustrating is that diere are always so many people that they can not completely relax themselves. And the places of interest get destroyed to some extent. A: I agree with Candidate B. The places of interest are always so crowed during the holidays that some people don’ t want to go out. They choose to stay at home. Maybe it will be feasible for companies to allow their staff to choose when they like to take a holiday instead of diese three fixed ones for all.
