In the second part, the girl is motivated by what she saw and joins the queue. This picture intends to call for more people to follow the examples illustrated, implying that the act of donating blood is noble and admirable. In my opinion, donating blood is indeed a virtuous act that benefits both the taker and the giver. For one thing, donating blood could help those who need a blood transfusion, or even save their lives. For example, in case of a car crash, a victim who is losing too much blood may be in danger of losing his/her life. If no one had donated blood to blood banks beforehand, the victim would eventually die from excessive blood loss. For another, donating blood, as a matter of fact, helps donors as well. Research findings have shown that donating moderate amount of blood helps blood recycle in our body, which is of great benefit to our physical health. In conclusion, it is advised that we join the noble ranks of blood donors to help others, as well as ourselves.
