Besides, play also develops social skills and teaches a child how to relate to others. For example, maybe the children are pretending they’re in a jungle with a stuffed tiger. In this way, children learn how to depend on and interact with each other. Most importantly, playing can help knowledge learning. A temporary break allows children the time to comprehend and digest what is taught and regain energy. And when they come back to learning, they are eager for something new. If we keep feeding them with knowledge and do not give them time to relax, they will not learn with efficiency and might lose interest in learning altogether. Playing is very vital to the development of children. It helps them learn how to interact with others and be more creative, and also make them healthier, more energetic, and more willing to learn. So when they come back from school, they should be given some time to call to themselves and play to their heart’s content.
