答案 I choose topic A—what is important when aiming to decide a company lunch time. In relation to the topic, I want to list three items as follows: Firstly, the type of the work is the most important point. Different types of work can be fixed the lunch time differently. If you are a teacher, you can have lunch normally. While if you are a journalist, the lunch of time is hard to fix normally. Secondly, the advice of the staff should also be considered. The staff have right to share their own views with the company on related thing. And the staff is the basis of the whole company. So if they are not happy to have lunch at the fixed time, it will show great influence on the production or work. Finally, nation’s regulation is also a reference for a company to decide lunch time. In short, the type of the work, the advice of the staff and nation’s regulation are important when deciding lunch time. I choose topic B—what is important when morally educating staff. In relation to the topic, I want to list three items as follows: Firstly, the awareness of the staff is the essential factor. To promote awareness of morality, the company could open the training about morality. It could give the staff a nice opportunity to study the good tradition, which they can benefit from in their whole life. Secondly, the company could set up an official code of morality. It ensures that all employees have access to it and can understand it easily. The company then needs to implement an effective and anonymous system of reporting any breaches of this code. Some companies even benchmark their ethical practices against those of industry leaders and see how they’re doing. Finally, the good example of the boss can play a positive role in cultivating moral staff. In short, the awareness of the staff, a official code of morality and the good example of the boss are important when cultivating the moral staff. I choose topic C—what is important when importing goods. For this topic, as far as I can see, there are mainly three factors I want to mention. Firstly, quality control is the foundation for the exporting business. The goods with high quality can have good ability of competition in the fierce international market. It can be provided more chance to gain more exporting business. Also it is the assurance of long-term cooperation with the international partners. Secondly, transport arrangement is a key factor for the business. For the exporting business, you should different ways to transport your goods to different place. And when your cooperation partners want the good eagerly, the airplane transportation should be preferred. And when it is a regular business, the cheap sea transportation should be the good choice. Thirdly, market research on the international market can be another important aspect. You should know the situation of your competitors and the whole markets. Then you can orient your product rightly. In all, quality control, transport arrangement and market research are very important when aiming to exporting goods.
