Nowadays, workers aren’t allowed to work outdoors in high temperatures. Many employers will buy extra medical insurance for their employees. Employees are getting free annual health checks. Some employers organise events such as end-of-year get-together, monthly birthday parties and travelling. Those activities show the employers’ concern for employees’ mental health as well.
