答案 It can be said that we live in a shared world. Living together is not always in a easy way, for there are many different cultures and ways of life. This is especially true in our large cities because the high density of population. To deal with this situation, the government makes a series of regulations to help people live together in perfect harmony. Still, laws cannot be made for everything and many unexpected problems would still arise. To avoid such problems, people must be courteous to one another. The cartoon shows a man who, being discourteous in his actions, causes discomfort for people around him. In the cartoon the man carrying the cactus is getting on a crowded bus in the rush hour. Although not illegal, the man’s action is not courteous enough, showing that he has a low social conscience. Maybe he does not intend to hurt the other people on the bus, but they will no doubt feel less comfortable sharing their space with a sharp cactus. It would be more courteous for the man to take a taxi home, or to take the bus when it is not crowded. If the man is unable to do these things, then he should at least cover the cactus so that it would do no harm to anyone. Personally, I feel that we must always be courteous. This is especially true in our big, crowded cities. The government cannot make law for everything. Even if more laws were made, policemen could not watch every single person all the time. Each individual must pay attention to their behavior and be sure to act accordingly. Only in this way, can we live harmoniously and happily in our crowded Earth.
